Transmission " busted "
third slips outta gear and
second won't let me gear down to it , something fucked here , then last week big
grinding sounds in gear box !!! shit , so i opened the tranny, here it is :

how to get the motor out with-out help ,
proof it can be done all by yourself

here it is on the table taken apart , next
to it the tranny guy dropped off for pieces

the drive gear and it's siter ' crown gear
are all right .... i was afraid that i bitched them , there's no more left
and i spent 700 euros for it when there was still one left

syncro used , the leader pin slips outta
it's housing and grinds it's self to pieces , now i just gotta clean everything
and figure out why this happened and how to stop it next time ... need a new
puller also , couldn't finish my tranny job , bitched my puller a couple weekes
ago , tommorow i go buy another one.

ok took the drive
rod to turner , fucken guy screwed up the job , he cut on the wrong side of his
measure , so the blocking washer is 2mm away from were it's supossed to be , to
solve the problem buddy cut into the fallowing gear and put a washer under the
lock washer : version A , it's the same as the C gear , what i had in the tranny
before it broke was the B gear , the B gear solution means there's only a
locking washer 2mm large , the C solution leaves place for the 4mm washer and
lockin pin , But , the B solution is what's in the latest estafette trannies ,
this system goes on the drive rod from DMT , just you can't put the first lockin
washer on and on the other side of this gear there's a spot reserverd for the
4mm washer and locker , but only the 2mm washer will fit


voila finished ,
here 2 bearing and all new joints , hope that lasts now

well here's how i
spent a whole day sunday , fucken knuckel would let go , the pin was jambed , i
finished by drillin a whole right threw it's middle , mega pain in the ass
