i knew i'd have a tone of work to get this machine going , but at the buy i waés secretly planning to redo everything , i've had so many cars and trucks and had to content myself with just redoin the motor till some thiong else went wrong , this time i wanted something full blown done out , i just told my wife , 3-4 major repairs 6 months and wooohooo , vacation here we come , she agreed , and i started the work

i welded up the cache , all the clips were rusted out

Doors

Slidden door

while putting the side windows  i found the  door , completely rusted out

weldin jub to hold door in place

the slidden door becomes a swingin door

welded in some hinges i bought at castorama

front doors

my temporary repair of front doors the hinges rust out from inside

welds alone the hinges outside , a much better solution

Hole in roof ?

this was one of the reasons the guy sold me the van 2 years like this
